OVERVIEW

Surfonly ("we", "us", "our") operates surfonlyvintage.com, a curated marketplace for vintage and Y2K-era surfwear. By browsing the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All items sold through Surfonly are vintage and one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of secondhand clothing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item was materially misrepresented in its listing. If you believe there is a significant discrepancy between the described condition and what you received, contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@surfonlyvintage.com.

ITEM CONDITION & DESCRIPTIONS

Every item is individually inspected and described as accurately as possible. Vintage clothing may show natural signs of age — light fading, minor wear, or slight shrinkage — that are consistent with its era and are not considered defects unless explicitly stated otherwise. Measurements are provided where possible and should be used as your primary guide. Sizing labels on vintage clothing often do not reflect modern fit standards.

PRICING

All prices are listed in USD. Surfonly reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay for the item, excluding any applicable shipping charges.

SHIPPING

We ship from California. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, Surfonly is not liable for delays, damage in transit, or lost packages. If your package is lost, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

SELLING TO US

If you submit items to Surfonly for purchase consideration, we will evaluate them and make an offer at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee purchase. We reserve the right to decline any item for any reason. Accepted items will be purchased at the agreed price and ownership transfers to Surfonly upon payment.

COMMUNITY SUBMISSIONS

Users may submit articles or stories for consideration on the Community page. By submitting content, you grant Surfonly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit, and display that content on the site. You confirm you own the rights to anything you submit. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on this site — including photography, copy, design, and branding — belongs to Surfonly. Vintage brand names (Quiksilver, Billabong, O'Neill, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site refers to physical secondhand items and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Surfonly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of any item. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
